J&H launches social media arm

We're delighted to announce a new member of the Judge & Howard family today: Intelligent Conversations, our social media arm.

While social media is an integral part of what we do, we're seeing growing demand for social and digital support and decided the time was right to create a stand-alone brand for our expertise.

Many businesses tell us they are frustrated by the jargon and hype surrounding social media.  They simply want to know whether channels like twitter and facebook are relevant for them, and if so how they can use them to deliver measureable business benefits.

Social media sense

That is precisely our aim for Intelligent Conversations (IC for short) - to bring business sense into social media and to show how, used strategically, it can be a valuable business communications tool.

We've been priveleged to deliver a number of high-profile projects under the IC brand ahead of its official launch today (as reported on thebusinessdesk.com). These include social media audits conducted for major brands including: Chrysler UK (for Jeep), working in conjunction with 438 Marketing; leading UK clinical software company EMIS Group plc and housing and regeneration organisation the Regenda Group.

Nigel Land, Brand Director for Chrysler UK, said: “This is the first thing I’ve seen that makes sense of social media. It has given me a clear understanding of the opportunity for Jeep.”

MP speaks at launch

Intelligent Conversations was launched on Friday 25 January at an exclusive agency event featuring guest speaker Douglas Carswell MP.  Douglas' latest book, 'The end of politics and the birth of iDemocracy', predicts that social media is part of a digital revolution that is shifting the balance of power away from a small elite towards the collective intelligence of the crowd.
